Aid and attendance is a tax-free benefit distributed to eligible honorably discharged veterans or their surviving spouses. Those approved of benefits will receive a monthly check as a reimbursement for the cost of acceptable medical expenses from Veterans Administration. Home care services are an acceptable medical expense.

American Arch Home Health Care & Personal Assistance Agency LLC offers a Veterans Care program with options for long-term home health care, rehabilitative therapy and personal care.
Veterans and surviving spouses may be eligible for a monthly benefit to pay for home care service. There is also a tax-free benefit and aid distributed to eligible honorably discharged veterans or their surviving spouses.
For veterans who are approved to receive said benefits, they will receive a monthly check as a reimbursement for the cost of acceptable medical expenses from Veterans Administration. Our agency will accept Veterans Administration reimbursements for Home Care, which is considered a medical expense under eligibility provisions.
